About Rapter
Rapter was founded in 2006 by a group of reprographic, micrographic and digital imaging experts with over 30 years combined experience in the trade, led by Steve Williams & Carl Jones. Rapter is a progressive company that has grown to become a market leader.
One of our first projects was the complete digitisation of the complete library of British Standards. We have gone on to produce work for other companies and institutions such as The British Library, The London Metropolitan Archive, Rolls-Royce, Westland Helicopters and the Daily Express.
Our team are proficient in all areas of scanning production, including digitisation, image cleanup, enhancement, data formatting and metadata creation.
At Rapter, quality reigns supreme and has been rewarded with an ISO 9001:2008 accreditation for our quality systems. Our team works in a relaxed atmosphere that belies their ferocious work commitment, ethics and professionalism. Rapter operates under a manned 24 hour security presence backed up by
an advanced alarm and CCTV system. Our internal units are also secure with PIR and Fire prevention, detection and protection systems.
